Human CD3ε Knock-In Mouse Model : A Relevant Preclinical Tool for Bispecific T Cell Engagers

The development of bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) antibodies represents a promising
therapeutic approach in immuno-oncology. These molecules redirect patient’s T cells toward tumor cells expressing a specific antigen, thereby inducing targeted cytotoxicity. However, preclinical evaluation of such antibodies is limited by interspecies differences, particularly between human and murine CD3 complexes. To overcome this limitation, MImAbs has developed a genetically engineered knock-in mouse model expressing the human CD3ε chain (Human CD3ε KI).
